Mission
One of the common commands that God gives us in the Bible is to help the orphan and the widow. Service and worship is where we prepare our spirit and we believe its to prepare us to help our neighbor or the people we encounter. We have refocused our ministry to include community service Sundays. We do activities to support local initiatives and to show love to our Taiwanese Ministry and community. We collected food donations for Elijahs Promise soup kitchen, collected toys for Toys for Tots, and organized activities to bring awareness to domestic violence in October for Domestic Violence Awareness Month. We hope to continue these activities and see where God leads us as we continue to support our local communities, Taiwanese communities, and our church communities.
Our church typically has an annual summer missions trip. We have traveled locally and abroad to serve different organizations. Some example organizations we have worked with are Camp Johnsonburg in New Jersey, Habitat for Humanity in North Carolina, and I Love Taiwan mission in Taiwan.
We want to celebrate the 9 members of our church who traveled to Los Angeles to support the Project Angel Food and their mission to provide food for those in need.
Let’s continue to grow together well into the holidays for 2025.
